• MUTANT BCAA 9.7 (INTRA-workout). I switch it up between Green Apple, Watermelon, Fuzzy Peach or Key Lime Cherry — now that it's getting HOT in Vancouver, in the MUTANT gym with no A/C, this is a God-send!
• MUTANT ISO SURGE (POST-workout). Coconut Cream has changed the game forever in my opinion.
• MUTANT ZMA before bed.
Too many people confuse themselves with supplements — just do your research based on your goals, try things out to see what works for you, and just keep things simple!
